“Rashod is the GOAT. Both my phones were in SOS and I couldn’t get service. I have spent over 5+ hours on the phone with ADVANCED technical support and visited the store once already to get this resolved (all yesterday). He clutched up and fixed the problem in an hour. Rashod said something about them using the wrong IMEI (I don’t know what that means). Rashod needs a raise, he heard my concerns and frustrations, stayed cool and let me know that he heard me, and fixed the issue. I was on the verge of cancelling my ATT; good to know we still have some amazing people to help us out! Thanks again Rashod.”
