Was going to change providers until i called customer service then i actually was impressed with the solutions offered to my concerns ! Great customer service and even switched my mobile service to spectrum!!!! 🙌🏼

Great products, but not sure why they kept the door locked with everyone standing outside in the cold while waiting to open. Would have been too easy to let everyone wait inside, and just not begin service until it was time to open.
