I really hate Spectrum. I am having a vacation for the winter break, but Spectrum only allows for the customer to temprarily suspend every 9 months. I am paying a lot and they don't want to loose money. However, I will try to find some other brands and will not use Spectrum anymore. They will loose more customers. SO TERRIBLE, SPECTURM.

It's every weekend the service goes out, technicians are too stupid to change the router out...so I get to spend a Saturday driving to Hammond to exchange the router and hook it up myself.I've had Spectrum for almost 2 years and in Louisiana its about the only game in town. Horrible technicians and CS. If you work from home you are screwed.

Near constant outages. Customer service doesn't care about you whatsoever. They are a monopoly to small town America's internet and you should never give them your business if you don't have to.

I have been a customer of Charter since 05 and I’m really about to switch. This connection is so terrible. I’ve paid to have it upgraded and it still didn’t fix it. Talking about having connection when u need it most. Yea right. That’s a bunch of bull. I’m so tired of having “technicians” out to my home and never solve the problem. I pay way too much money and have been a loyal customer for way too long to have this type of service. The connection constantly drops I can’t even print a single page because the connection won’t last that long

Make sure when you disconnect services, it's before the end of service date on your bill, or you will be charged for a month of services you don't use!
