Operationally very good! Administration wise poor! Will not reimburse for storage days not used in a 30 day period. That’s basically theft! For this reason I will not use or recommend your company to anyone!

First time and best experience from quote to pick up. I packed the large container from top to bottom and back to front with furniture, and clothing. I also needed it for storage for a few months. I preferred to have the items close, so I could remove items at my own pace. I hope I don’t move any time soon but if I had to move, I would use Pack Rat again. Throughout the time I used Pack Rat, I still looked at other containers and even with the competitor’s specials, I still got a better deal.

The service I received was excellent. Tyler and Reddex were respectful and responsible. They got the job done.
The price of having my pack rat over an extended time was too expensive.
Overall service was good.

Spectacular experience. Worked with me with a challenging move. We had to change dates, be creative with pod placement, needed storage. They accomplished a difficult move over several months. We are appreciative!! Easy to deal with. Very available by phone, text, email. I had the phone number of the main man and he always took my calls and solved problems. They never had a problem accommodating us. I’ve used them for a couple of moves now and this one seals the deal

Tyler and his drivers are a 5 out of 5 stars. Very professional and very friendly. I was informed throughout the process and have nothing the drivers were awesome each time. Thank you and I will use Pack Rat in the future.

I have no complaints at all. The driver dropped the container on my driveway and sat it in the perfect spot. All of our items stayed safe and secure for two months while we were doing a renovation. We unpacked our things and they were just as we had put them in there whenwe began our project. I would definitely recommend Pack Rat and I would definitely use them again.

Crazy helpful staff. The owner can do anything.. Notary, print your label, ship, whatever you want. I don't go anywhere else anymore, there's no point.

Tyler did a great job getting me set up for delivery of the storage unit and driver was on time. I called to get unit picked up and Tyler set up a date right away and called to give me the pick up time. Very easy process and professional.
