“Recently out of concern that someone may have had unauthorized access to my banking account particularly my banking transactions, I visited the Elmwood Branch in order to speak to a specialist about my concerns and to see what I could do to prevent this from happening again. Well, I received the help I needed. Granted, it is not a case of someone actually stealing money from my account, but it is a privacy issue with me and such a violation could eventually lead to thief if the opportunity presented itself. These days scammers can spoof call you with use a likeness of someone's voice in order to trick or scam you, so it pays to be cautious.

“Hi, visited the bank today to open a business account. I was a bit confused because when I entered, it says business accounts to the right.. I went over there, didn't look like anyone was there. So I then went through the other entrance on the left where Abriana quickly greeted me and asked if I needed help. Her big smile immediately gave me comfort. And when I asked that I needed help opening a business account, she said "I can help you with that". We sat down and she informed me that I could also open a business account online as everything is digital now. Then she pulled out a tablet and helped me get started with online application process. It was so nice to meet Adriana and spend that time with her opening my account. She was right, it was a very easy process, but it was really nice to have her there to ask questions to.
