“I've been a member for several years since I financed my car. They were the company with the best rate for the refinance and they just happened to be local. First I was going to go with a company in Iowa and then a better rate was found and it was with LaCapitol. I've always done business with this branch except for once or twice I've gone to the one on the Westbank. Everything is done at the drive up teller. I went inside once and they had the same set up. Tubes going up to who knows where. I didn't see any employees inside so I never even get out. The lines are never long and the service is always fast and friendly. Just recently, I purchased a second vehicle and decided to finance through LaCapitol again. So now I have two separate loans. I dealt with a few different people but mostly Kim during the process which was seamless. I called and started the process and for everything else they called me for a quick question or emailed me. They always answered the phones when I called and replied to my emails in a timely manner. When I started with the first loan, I automatically was given a savings account which I use to pay bills online so that was a nice perk. I'm happy with LaCapitol and love that they are so close to my home.”

“I received great customer service from Melvin. He showed great concern for me as a person not just a customer. I wanted to get a loan but when I sat down to talk to him he asked about my credit and past history. He advised me to download credit karma and look on there to see if I had any questions or concerns. He really did his due diligence by not trying to sell me something but to help me understand how credit works. So, as I'm researching my credit I found somethings that were not mines and didn't even have a clue about. Once I get everything under control I will return to Melvin for more business than a loan. Outstanding.”

“I just left this Branch after starting a new checking account. I came in yesterday to get information. The bank itself is very safe and clean as most banks are. Nothing stood out as odd or strange. The tell her I first spoke with was polite and had me sit in a Lobby for an associate. Ms Margaret arrived within a few minutes. We went into an office where she answered all of my questions. The checking plan they offered seemed almost too good to be true, but after going home and researching it I realized that it is actually very legitimate. No charges. No hidden costs. They're basically doing this to help people out and be nice in order to bring people into the bank and I think it's a great idea. I didn't have $50 in cash on me that day so I decided to stop by today and complete the process. In less than 30 minutes, I had a new checking account. Everything was super smooth and easy. This is one of the better banking experiences I've had in my life. I will report back if anything changes, but so far this place has been absolutely incredible. Margaret was also informative, friendly, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.”
