She was very patient and even registered me for the new customer gift cards, which saved me a lot of time.Other employees asked her numerous questions about what they were doing and she'd answer them all without missing a beat with me. “I can't say enough about this company. I ordered some security cameras from them. One of the cameras that I received was not working. I advised the company and they said to send it back right away and they will get a replacement to me. Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues, they did not have anymore of the cameras in stock. In fact, no one did. I asked them to let me know when one came in. I received follow-up emails from their staff regularly, reminding me that they hadn't forgotten about me. Finally, when they received new cameras they reached out to let me know and send it to me. I was actually shocked with how responsive and proactive their company was. I will definitely use them for any future needs, and recommend them to anyone needing electronics.”

“Basically this is where you go if you cant find what you need at the big box stores for electrical needs. The customer base is probably 95% professional contractors buying large breaker panels and wiring and outdoor lighting. There is a small showroom with most of the basic items like connectors, some switches and tools. Pricing might be a bit higher but then again I am not a regular big bulk buyer. If you cant find what you need with the other guys, this is should be your next stop.”

“Came here with my mom after receiving bad service at another location. The 2 young ladies here were very accommodating and helpful in fixing the problem before trying to make my mom buy a phone. The customer service representative was very patient in talking to my mom, especially through what to expect when she was ready for an upgrade. Parking was good and the store was clean and smelled good when we walked in. There was seating and a good display of phones and accessories. “Got off an airplane and headed directly to Donovan Marine. We were not sure if they would sell at this location but if you walk around the corner to the side entrance you can review the 1 yes 1 book they have and order at the counter. Wait was very short and we were able to get what they had in stock in very short order. Rope, barge lights, and a few other misc. items was quickly taken care of and we were back on our way to jump on a boat. Thanks for the quick and great service!”
