Was about to transition to another carrier after a long time with Cricket due to poor customer service at your Gentilly location. The rep there was absolutely horrible. She sucked. Antonio at Broad Street may have saved the day. He was the apitamy of what customer service should be.”
“I came in the store earlier this week with a lot of stuff to trade in I came in last minute and I can't remember the guy name but he worked 01/06 Tuesday night and that following Wednesday was VERY HELPFUL. I don't even usually leave reviews but he was awesome and helped me secure a switch 2 for my son birthday. Just wanted to send this and hope he gets recognition. He told me his name but I forgot and feel bad about it.”
“I went in the store, made the transaction desired and was treated like a valued customer. The staff had to work overtime, since I was mistreated at the Cash America Pawn on Gentilly Blvd location. I was already felt distrust in the brand. I will say Crowder Blvd. location restored my ability to shop and pawn with Cash America Pawn in the future, specifically the Assistant Manager Glenn. I was able to clear up the misinformation stated to me at Gentilly Blvd. location. Also, treated with professionalism. Corporate needs a Performance Improvement Plan for Gentilly Blvd. location and if each location is franchised the owners need to do training at the Gentilly Blvd location.”

“I went to the Best Buy in Harahan to buy a camera tripod, and Selwin Moore is the reason the trip was worth it.
He came over fast, asked what I was using the tripod for, and helped me pick the right one without trying to upsell me. He broke down what actually matters—stability, height, and how it will work with the way I’m filming—so I wasn’t guessing or wasting money.
He also took extra time to show me how to check pricing and use Best Buy’s price match guarantee so I could make sure I was getting the best deal. That’s rare, and it says a lot about his character.
The only thing he didn’t do was ring me up at checkout—but everything else was handled the right way. If you’re the kind of person who walks into stores and usually gets ignored, ask for Selwin Moore.”
“I don't understand people's expectations. It's a pawn shop. It's used items. Either you want it or you don't ?. I've never experienced bad customer service here. However, I've witnessed impatient people/customers who clearly come with certain expectations that might not be met. If that's the case, then just go buy your items new or sell them elsewhere. It's that simple.”
