I pull into a full parking lot. Large signs posted everywhere stating “customer parking only”. Since it’s full, I find a spot around the corner and park.
There are 3 people outside the front door. One is on the phone, smoking a cigarette whilst blocking the path. The next person is laying against the employee entrance door, I assume he’s on break. The 3rd person is talking to who I assume is his girlfriend whom is pulled into the reserved HC parking spot
I walk into the store and it’s completely empty. First I realize that the 3 individuals outside are employees.. non of which bothered to greet me.. and second all the employees are parked in the customer spots
After waiting more than 5 minutes, someone emerges from the back to help me. This person ultimately was no help. I left, traveled a few miles to another FedEx store and was in and out in about 3 minutes

Women a location refuse to help me and ship my package off i came 30 minutes before clise she didn't even try to help me was rude and had a nasty attitude I drove 1 hour to location just to be treated like trash

The drivers are horrible. They don’t arrive on the day scheduled. They lie about attempted delivery. The absolute worst!

The drivers don't want to work. And the online support is the worse. My company has been getting a daily pickup for almost 20 years. Now nobody even shows up. You can't get anyone on the phone. And the automated system doesn't understand anything you say or type.

I happened to be in the area running errands when I found this FedEx location, and the service I received here was so quick and outstanding that I felt the need to leave a review. I needed to return a router to an internet provider without the ability to print off a shipping label and the worker who helped me was a true pro. Made my week a lot easier! Best service I have ever had from a shipping center.

Exceptional service at this location! JuJu was really helpful finding a super rush package that should have been delivered but was mistakenly returned to the FedEx facility. She reflects the best of FedEx and we really appreciate her help.
