“After inquiring with male employees for DIY parts at the Harahan, La. location, who said they apologize for HD not carrying what I needed, I was then proactively asked if I needed help finding anything from a female employee, NIKKI, who not only immediately brought me to EXACTLY what I was looking for, she literally then helped me trouble shoot my situation to find multiple alternative parts, which in turn worked better and cost less. I couldn’t be any more impressed with her attitude, professionalism and knowledge. Thanks to her, my impression of Home Depot is very positive!”

“Plenty of associates ready to help. Large selection of plants, flowers, yard care, and decorations. The line still backed up due to not many people going to self checkout. Turns out alot of people had items without barcodes and had to be keyed in. *Still Recommended”
