“I needed some programs printed in color on nice paper, and have never printed in a store before. I kind of expected it would not end well, but the employees who assisted were super helpful. They were swamped but patient and helpful with customers trying to figure out self service printers. Surprising experience. I buy things here a few times a year and seems everyone working is happy and friendly, not what you see at at every big box store”

“SonI had to mail an import package as quickly as possible to Dubai in the UAE from my local UPS store in New Orleans. It was stressful for me as it had to get there fast.
Brandon the manager went out his way to help me expidite it . It was going to be complicated because customs had to checkit and it was medication . Brandon kept ip with it for me as the tracking was confusing being in Dubai , many phone calls later from Dubai, Brandon got it done.
His whole crew are always warm friendly and helpful”

“My experience with the cashier and manager was great. Had I not encountered the rude lead or assistant manager, I would’ve given them 5 stars. The cashier was a woman, I don’t recall her name, she was extremely pleasant and super helpful! The manager, made a provision to assist me regardless of the error being my fault. The lead or assistant manager, instead of stating unfortunately we can not, his words were you need to ask him, pointed at the manager, if it was up to me it would be NO in such a rude tone! It’s not what you say it’s how you say it!”
