“There are so many differences between First Horizon and the big corporate banks. I’ve banked with Capital One and Chase before, and with those banks you often feel like just another number. When there’s a problem, it can feel like you’re constantly being transferred to someone else who doesn’t really know you or your situation.

Dana, the branch manager, is absolutely wonderful and does an incredible job leading her team. She is professional, attentive, and clearly cares about the people who walk through the door.

I needed help from Capital One bank today , I needed certain monthly statements , for my payment plan application for the upgraded eye lens replacement. Surgery.
, the First Capital One bank I went to on General Degaulle they were quick to tell me you could get someone to help you go online
and they can get those statements for you ,
I do not have the vision to be able to be looking at these tiny little screens , the banks use to give you any printout you need it for your account. . I don't have the computer skills to get this print out online even if I could see the screen. .
Capital One really don't want you to come into the bank for anything
So then I went to Capital One on Manhattan Boulevard and I met Mr Preston the bank Clerk and humanitarian.
I explained my situation , and in less than 4 minutes I had the documents that I needed , and he didn't squint his eyes , or scratched his head one time , while he was using the computer .
Kudos to Mr Preston , and five stars
not because he's a great bank teller , but because he's a humanitarian , and help me when I really needed it. .”
“The employees at this FBT (Manhattan Blvd) location treats everyone like how they want to be treated (i.e greeting us well, being polite, and etc.) But one issue that I really want to you guys to consider doing in the coming weeks or months. Which is to start giving receipts of the items the customer (s) have bought via email of the customer (s). WE NEED TO SAVE AS MUCH PAPER AS WE POSSIBLY CAN. Polluting plastic bags and other waste materials into the ocean isn't good for them fish's, mammals, and etc. LETS SAVE THE ENVIORNMENT AND OUR EARTH! Because FBT charges for paper statement and the receipts for the transaction that the customer makes is also a print out. #ChangeIsPossible”

Mrs. Candice Chaisson missed her lunch break to help me start a new account and Mrs. Lauren Walters gave me information on my car and how she could help me lower my car payments each month.
