“Sunday 11/26/23 I went to the Harvey branch to make a quick outside deposit. It is smaller than the Westwego branch. My former visit was inside. Everyone was courteous,& professional. Regardless of which branch I go to I ❤️this credit union.”

“The employees at this FBT (Manhattan Blvd) location treats everyone like how they want to be treated (i.e greeting us well, being polite, and etc.) But one issue that I really want to you guys to consider doing in the coming weeks or months. Which is to start giving receipts of the items the customer (s) have bought via email of the customer (s). WE NEED TO SAVE AS MUCH PAPER AS WE POSSIBLY CAN. Polluting plastic bags and other waste materials into the ocean isn't good for them fish's, mammals, and etc. LETS SAVE THE ENVIORNMENT AND OUR EARTH! Because FBT charges for paper statement and the receipts for the transaction that the customer makes is also a print out. #ChangeIsPossible”
