One bank advisor got us nicely seated in a comfy working corner, to benefit from their Wi-Fi connection, to find a solution to our issue and very kindly got us water bottles. “Again I am at the Chase Bank- 4100 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, on a Saturday morning. Not many cars in the parking lot but it's filing up fast, there are only two tellers working inside. The line for that is long but moving smoothly. the inside is packed with people signed in waiting to sit with someone for various reasons. There are 10 mini offices and only 2 of them are opened for business. We made an appointment. Our wait time- 20 minutes. Ms Jana was our consultant and let me tell you, very very sweet, informative, took the time to explain things to my son (1st account). Jana West is the person you want to ask for.”
