“The pumps and air machine work great but the staff could use some training. I almost stepped in vomit at the pump, it was gross. I used the air machine and it worked great, but some tall guy came up and started reaching around the machine without saying a word. After I gave him a weird look he said he worked there. It freaked me out so I left.”

“I signed in at the pharmacy counter at cvs on Manhattan The woman came up to me and did not say anything to me. I had a new prescription and she never asked me if I had any questions about my new prescription.. she did not ask me if I needed vaccine today. I have been going here for years and this is the first time I was treated like this. Hopefully she will improve how she interact with her customers.
When Jimmy was there he would always ask if you had any questions. He would always call you by your name. This was a new women that I had never seen before.”
