I just want to say that charnique at AT&T did an amazing job helping me solve a problem with my payment. She went above and beyond with helping me. Such an amazing person!

I went into this store to do an upgrade for my watch and the employee added not one but two lines. One of the lines didn’t even have a device attached to it ! So now I’m in the process of trying to file fraud charges against this store.

They usually do pretty good but last time I went they sent me out the store to buy phone accessories elsewhere.thats why I went walk all the way in the mall I didn't want some garbage from some booth in the mall .
