And tbh, I dont mind the wait time if any, that just reassures me Im in the right place with the right people and that they must be doing something right to have that much traffic. Alot of customers that I see the times I have visited the store, talk to the store employees like if they were family, so that just shows me how comfortable the workers there make each customer feel and most likely established customers of many years. “Shanae’ Trahan, the store manager, provided excellent service and made sure my issue was fully resolved. I initially had trouble with a screen protector installation after purchasing my phone, and after being sent to another location where I did not receive helpful service, I contacted customer care and was directed to visit a corporate T-Mobile store.
At the Houma Mall location, Shanae’ took the time to research the issue and fixed it without any hassle. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled properly. I truly appreciate her effort to make things right.
Going forward, she is the only person I would prefer to work with.”
