Wow it is insurance claim...3 weeks and still getting the run around....sent us to 3 other locations saying there's a car...when we get to all places no car....how long does it take to get a car. The body shop needs to do there work, the insurance company is on hold...all on hold waiting on enterprise...wow. can't get a manager on phone like how is this company in business

I had reservation for a week in advance so I call to go get car and was told they had no cars that they would call if one came in put me in a very bad situation the woman was very rude and unprofessional I suggest using Auto Rental ETC and talk to Lucas he had me in and out with NO PROBLEMS

Had some issues getting a rental car initially. I was told I would have a car on Monday and when I showed up for my appointment there were no cars available. It would’ve been nice if the location would’ve called and let me know there wouldn’t be car available so that I didn’t have to drive all the way there, made to feel as though it were my fault and sent away with no car. I called customer service and was told the area managers would work on getting me a car. I never heard from any of them. I received a call the next day from Raven stating they had a car available for me. She assured me there would be a car there when I showed up later that day. Raven was amazing and did a stellar job making the previous day’s wrongs right. She was extremely professional and at the same time understanding. Raven’s superior level of customer service is what is severely lacking in most businesses these days. We need more Ravens. I even made a return call to customer service that evening to compliment Raven and express my appreciation for her. Thank you, Raven.On another note, my rental car reeked of stale cigarette smoke. This, along with my initial encounter at the Prospect Enterprise is why I only gave 3 stars.Raven deserves 5 stars.The rest of my experience was 1 star.

Enterprise was able to get us a bigger vehicle than the Trapp dealership after our brand new car stopped working. They were quick and easy to work with. Now my husband wants a mini van.

We rented a Pacifica to take our family to Universal. The car was ready when we got there and all was great. We had no problems at all with the rental. When we returned this vehicle, unbeknownst to me, my daughter had slid a laptop computer underneath the seat while we traveled; and it was forgotten about until after the return. We called the next morning only to find out that the vehicle had already been rented out, but that the individuals who do the detailing had turned the computer in to be returned to us. THANK YOU, Enterprise, and all involved for your honestly and great service! We will be renting from you again, and will recommend all we know to do the same! Thank You!!!

This company has the worst service. They never have a rental ready when the time is specified and paid for. They often don’t even have wait you booked and paid for available until days after. No one there has people or customer service skills. I never recommend them.

While enterprise is always more expensive than other rental car business, I prefer to pay for the service. I had several problems with my rental, each issue was handled quickly and professionally. Seth in Thibodaux is an asset beyond measure. Meo at drop off in NOLA was on top of every item which needed to be addressed. See you soon!

My company set me up a reservation for a vehicle, upon arrival I was told they had no vehicle. I told them we had a reservation they said that a reservation doesn't garrenty that they have a vehicle. So don't come here if you need a rental they don't have any to rent.

Not this businesses fault that corporate is not allowing vehicles to be dropped off at out of state locations but it is an inconvenience when you need a vehicle in an emergency and have to drive it back 350 miles so you do not have to pay $400 tow. Very friendly staff, watch the charges! They wanted to add $100 extra stuff.

Enterprise was great to work with for a rental since my wreck happened. They were quick and very helpful through out the process. HOWEVER their hours of operation on the door do not reflect their TRUE hours of operation. (My fault for not double checking) but now I am stuck waiting 30 minutes for someone to show up so I can drop my rental off and now late for work because of this.

The people in Enterprise were very helpful and very kind I really enjoyed dealing with them they helped me out solved all my problems I found that the price is kind of high to rent the car it could have been the price could have give me a little bit better than what it is but overall it was a good deal

Always happy with my rental. Always there when I need them. Very courteous staff. Amanda's the best.
