Ramada by Wyndham Houma offers a mixed experience for guests. While the hotel staff are consistently praised for their friendly and professional service, the cleanliness and condition of the rooms have been a source of concern for some visitors.
Many guests have reported finding hair on the bed sheets, indicating that the rooms may not have been properly cleaned. However, other reviewers have described the rooms as clean and comfortable, with one guest even praising the hotel's excellent shower.
The hotel's location in Houma has also been a point of discussion, with some guests noting that the area is slightly sketchy, while others have found it convenient to the main MLK/La 24 strip.
The hotel's amenities, such as the continental breakfast and the pool, have been well-received by guests. Several reviewers have commended the hotel's new management, particularly Mr. Thomas, for their efforts to improve the overall experience.
Overall, Ramada by Wyndham Houma seems to provide a decent overnight stay, with a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests looking for an affordable, well-kept hotel in the Houma area may want to consider this option, but should be aware of the potential cleanliness issues.

Staff was super friendly, the rooms were a little outdated the area seems a bit sketchy but didn't have any issues. The pictures do look better than in person but if you are just coming for a quick stay its decent for the price.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, I've never had a problem with the service there, the front desk is always polite, and the security guard Tom there has helped me on more than one occasion, he is very professional, I haven't been back in a few weeks, but hope he's still there, everyone is great there.
