Store always a mess. Checkouts are backed up takes at least 20 to 30 minutes to get the checkout register, that self service. Terrible online grocery experiences. Manger never greets customer just walk around like he doesn’t see anyone. I avoid this store.

They told me to wait 15 minutes for the electronics people to come back from break. I waited 20 minutes for an employee to tell me they left with the key and no one has a key to unlock the equipment I am trying to get.

While I've had an issue with curbside pickup once, overall they're usually prompt (no more than 15 minutes) when I come to get my pickup orders. I don't really go in the actual store unless I absolutely have to because there aren't enough cashiers, so checkout takes forever.
