“This location has a large selection. And, of course. Always great deals. And good prices.. I'll tell you what impresses me most. When you walk in. You're greeted like a friend. You can go at any shift. All of the employees here are always smiling, will go out of their way to assist you. I look for those qualities at a store.. im a business woman myself. You get what you give. This Dollar General.. definitely keeps us returning. I don't need to be name specific. All of them are Amazing. Great at their jobs and know how to treat their customers. Great job Dollar General. I'll go out of my way to go to this one. Also, they all work so well together. You never hear them gossiping. They get along. And, so happiness to be there. “The 1St Dollar General I Visited Did Not Have The Items That I Wanted To Purchase Which Was Canada Dry Ginger Ale. They Never Have The Volume(4/$10) At The Franklin, La. Location And They Had Just Received Their Truck On Tuesday. I Left There And Drove To The Dollar General In Baldwin, LA And Although They Did Nit Have Any On The Shelf The Did Have Them In The Stock Room, So I Made My Purchases At That Location. It Seems As If Some Of The Employees That Work At Dollar General Are Not Willing To Go That Extra Step To Insure Their Customers Satisfaction. Not All Of Them, But Of Enough Of Them Are So Unfriendly!! That's Bad And Sad News For The Company Because W/O The Patronage Of Mostly Low Income Customers They Wouldn't Have Any Business!! Why As Consumers Do We Tolerate Such Behavior? They Monopolize Themselves In Low Income Areas And Hire Insufficient Employees Who Are From The Area But Are Lacking Geninune Compassion For It's Customers. I Only Shop There If There's An Item On Sale That I'm In Need Of.”
