“UPDATE.
INITIAL PROBLEM:
If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not order online and have it delivered to a store, especially the HD in Elmwood; you’ll be waiting forever. My purchase, almost $300, was to be delivered between Monday - Wednesday. I called 4 times. The item is at the store, but no one in receiving is bothered to check in the deliveries. Surely if it were their purchase, they would be more willing to do their job. And whoever is manning the phones at HD is extremely unhelpful.

I’m changing my review to 5 stars! After posting my initial review, receiving a reply from HD, and filling out the grievance form they attached, HD made it right. THANK YOU! I reordered my item after canceling the first one, but lost my $15 promo. HD reinstated the promo code and I’ll receive my saw by Friday. I’m very grateful for the intervention!”
“Let's be real... Lowe's give you free air, what does home Depot give you for free? They work with iCE catching hard working immigrants, they support this president, Lowe's has an outstanding customer service, the store always looks amazing and you receive free air ?”

I don't shop home depot any longer because of various choices the owner makes but I had no choice this time so I'm glad I had a good experience”
