The price was understanding & the person who answered the phone seemed to really care about my situation and offered multiple solutions to what I needed. They made a call to send someone out and got here no more than 15-20mins later. Excellent service from the tow driver also, he helped push my car to get close enough to pull it up & loaded my car with no issues! Amazing customer service. “This place treated me awesome!! I've never been to a tow yard where the employees and owner actually care enough to work with you a little bit so u can get everything taken care of. Every single employee was really nice and they actually treat their customers with respect unlike every single other tow yard I've ever been too. Yes it sucked really bad when the cops towed my car for not renewing my insurance, which was my fault. And I really didn't think I would be able to get my car back bc the DMV fees were so high and also getting my license plate and insurance came out to thousands of dollars before I even got to Dale's towing to deal with their towing and storage fees to get my car out. Thank God they were nice enough to cut me a little bit of a break bc any other towing company would have been complete A-Holes and I definitely wouldn't have gotten my car back. If u ever have to get your car towed then Dale's towing in Gretna, LA is hands down the best tow yard in the area. Call Dale's towing first bc they're definitely the best!!”

Noah was able to load the vehicle onto the tow truck in approximately 5 minutes and he also stopped so I could get something to eat. B’s Towing Service is professional, efficient, reliable, and fast. “We drove to New Orleans from South Carolina for a 5-day stay, arriving late Friday afternoon, Nov 24. Upon arrival at our hotel, we unloaded our luggage. We had temporarily parked on the sidewalk because Gravier St. was full of traffic. When we came back to move the car to a parking garage, the car would not start at all. With a car parked on the sidewalk, we knew we had to take some fast action.But without knowledge of the town, we did not know who to call for help. We did not know who we could trust. We found Rudy Smith towing company on the internet; ratings were positive. I called a dispatcher and from that point on, the driver, Timothy, called me to report his progress. At several junctures he wanted to turn around. The traffic was horrendous and he feared that he would not be able to park his truck to set up for the tow. I pleaded with him and encouraged him; he did not give up. He was very courteous and professional when he arrived. He helped me understand what he would do with my car & keys once he got it to Honda. Bottom line is, I trusted a total stranger to tow away my car in an unfamiliar town to a service location I'd never visited. Timothy delivered. Thank you.”

“They were great. Our insurance company couldn’t get a tow truck to us because of the weather and flooding so we started calling around. Mardi Gras Towing came to our rescue. We had to wait a while but that was expected because there was flooding everywhere and lots of cars needed towing. The service was great, the price was good and I would definitely use them again.”
