“What I don't like about this Sam’s location is the lack of traffic control for getting gas. They need to make the lanes on the side nearest the store exit only - do not enter signs on the pumps. Or at least make it a one way.The Store is very nice. Validates the Sam’s card, clean, friendly and helpful when requesting help.”

She was helpful and friendly even though they were busy and my insurance (I have a primary and secondary) could be complicated. Would come here again They were great!”

On this trip picked up a corned beef, an easter book for babychild, half a years worth of laundry detergent for on 21$ (what?!)a giant container of M&Ms for the Pirate and as suggested by another customer, the most amazing pasta&kale salad. I went again with the Pirate and scoped out the stuffed salmon filets (next time I'll just grab my own filet, they were meh at most), picked up that pasta salad again and copious amounts of fruit. My departing hotdog didn't taste the same, maybe because in the past there was relish and onions offered, maybe they don't use Nathan's anymore (shrugs shoulders). Ill be back if there's a need for bull items. You're still looking good Sam, nice hanging out with ya again.”

Had a 12 PM appointment to get a new set of Michelin Defender 2s, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From check-in to drive-out, the team was professional, courteous, and efficient.
Dominick, the service writer, got us checked in quickly and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Earl and Ben, the technicians, were incredibly kind and respectful—they took great care of my vehicle and completed the install in a timely manner.
They mounted and balanced the new tires, installed brand-new TPMS sensors, valve stems, and caps—all done with precision and attention to detail.
If you’re in the market for new tires or reliable tire service, I highly recommend the Sam’s Club Tire Center. These guys know what they’re doing and treat you right.”
“First, I got gas. This Sam's is not as busy as some for gas but the parking lot around the gas is abysmal so there's a definite trade-off. Then I went inside. I was going in for two, COUNT THEM TWO THINGS, but left with more. I definitely got good deals. The store was clean and stocked well. I like the scan and go. All-in-all, it was a pleasant (albeit expensive) experience.”

“My husband and I visited the Mardi Gras Creations shop the Saturday before Fat Tuesday. The owner was supper friendly and helpful from the moment we entered the store. Ironically, I had already purchased several of her creations from Etsy and another Mardi Gras store in Mobile prior to our visit. The quality of her items is excellent. I love that her items are made from cotton and that she uses high quality plastic for the sequined items. My only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is that you can’t try on garments in the store, and the return policy is not customer friendly. Since customers can’t try on clothes, I’d recommend adding measurements and sizing of each garment in the description. Offering the use of a measuring tape to in-store customers would also be helpful. For some items, I’ve bought a L/XL, and they fit perfectly. For other items, the L/XL doesn’t fit well. I’ve also bought a 2XL in some garments that are perfect fits. Again, all of these items are 100% cotton, again, which I love, but the sizing disparity and the strict return policy make consistent purchase satisfaction a moving target.”

“Re: Multiple visits to the optical department in Kenner. The male senior employee in that department seems to need training in customer service skills. The female tech, who is his subordinate, is much better in making the customer (me) feel valued. While she was caring and accommodating, the interactions and dialog with him made me I like I should leave and take my business elsewhere. Kudos to her. Rotten tomatoes for him!”

The staff there went above and beyond by fixing an older set of frames that I love (and didn't buy there). I'll never go anywhere else for glasses!”

I scanned the QR for assistance he came in. I asked what was taking so long. That is when he proceeded to tell me he was by himself. I said sorry for that I have a 6am appt I have a pickup at 8am. About 10 mins later he started unloading me. Get these guys some help that early in the morning. Deliveries come left and right early mornings. April even made an effort to personally pull the order for me, to make it quick for me torun in and out and help me get my order as soon as possible. It’s rare when you have an employee like April and I wanted to thank her I’m let her know she was very much appreciated. “With lanes that can service tanks on either side of your vehicle, SAM'S CLUB Gas Station has arguably the cheapest prices in town. Just be patient and the lines move pretty smoothly. Just remember, some vehicles have large capacity tanks and take longer to fill. All you need is your SAM'S CLUB Membership Card, your debit or credit card and you're all set to begin pumping. THERE'S NO ATTENDANT MOST OF THE TIME AND YOU CAN'T USE CASH!”
