“I am commenting OUTSIDE of what the discount tire franchise mandates. Made an appointment, came in, line out the door but my truck was in the bay under an hour. Every employee I observed was clean, spoke well, professional, and precise. I can tell someone in the leadership was military. The manager was working just as hard as his employees. The professionalism of this team is superior for shreveport standards. The facility was good and clean. Didn't seem like a nasty old tire shop.”

“Husband hit chunk of concrete and then scraped two tires on damaged curb. Can't fuss much as the sun, definitely making sight of roadway a challenge, was brutal. Despino's, his favorite tire place got him a set of tires to replace our two damaged tires-- helped check rims, even checked out my MIL'S vehicle I had borrowed while my vehicle was at this shop, to find small nail causing a leak. Same morning service, they called just about lunch for us to pick car up. Nice folks--Straightforward information and exemplary met expectation that all was fixed and set right with my Toyota.”

“I have been here twice!! The first time, I got my brake pads changed, which they did very quickly and at a very reasonable price! Today, I went due to potentially needing a new wheel bearing. They were incredibly honest and let me know that my wheel bearing is fine rather than make extra money to change it! Also, before they checked it, they quoted wheel bearing changing prices a quarter of the price of another shop I called! They have been so fair each time I have gone to them, and they have not taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge at all!! Highly recommend this place for your car maintenance needs. I will be using them every time I need repairs!! Great prices and great service!!!”

“Clean store well stocked for a big box store it's one of the better ones except the game of Russian Roulette of trying to make it through the exit line. It really depends on who the door lady is whether you're going to have a pleasant experience or a very frustrating one. Some are very sweet and do their job efficiently and others are rude, nasty and demanding. My biggest frustration is they always have to open my frozen food bag on the hottest day and leave it open.”
“I did an appointment online, I got a confirmation email for the appointment & showed up at my appointment time. The front desk guy told me the online appointments don't take into account the other appointments he already had scheduled & he would try to get me in & he should be able to get it done. I decided to leave my car anyway, and Thankfully the guy who called & who took my payment when I came to pick my car up said they got it taken care of, fairly quickly actually, & was very nice & helpful. Very affordable service as well.”
