Whether it's receiving large shipments of tile or fine furnishings, they treat each delivery with care. They are an important part of our team and help us install beautiful interiors for our clients.

the company i manage has been using them for years they did not make us aware of new policies we had a huge order go all way to NC and they left a $4k table outside of the customer's house and told us that they don't do white glove service for out of state shipments anymore. This was totally a shock to us and costed us over $1k to get it taken care of. Super disappointing that they did not make customers aware of their policy changes.

Avoid this place!!! I had used them 3 or 4 times in the past and they were friendly, fair, and reasonable. Had no reason to think anything had changed and after I won a couple of items at a NOLA auction, I contacted A+ as usual to pick up my items and store them until I could come to NOLA and retrieve them. Suddenly (without warning and too late) I was informed that they do not normally perform these duties, and the pick-up fee and weekly storage would be several times what it had been previously. I assume there has been a change in management and not for the better. Every correspondence I receive from A+ has a different person name associated with it so i guess nobody knows what is going on.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE>

I have used this company before and expected the same quality service. Something has drastically changed. Kevin disregarded my requests to his son Ryan, used absolutely NO COMMON sense in crating 2 large heavy tall objects together in a giant monolithic crate that his own men could not get back into my home nor into a storage facility I had to take them to once it was clear this behemoth crate wasn't going into my home. They had to change the delivery date because they did't have a truck large enough to handle these two items crated together. Kevin has serious communication and attitude problems. I wouldn't use this company again if you paid me. Complete lack of any sense whatsoever. It's time for Dad to let his son run the company before Dad ruins it ( and your valuables).
