If I could give a zero, I would. I am currently renting a washer and dryer from them and they are extremely unprofessional. Mrs Katrina to be specific, every time you’re on the phone, she yells and always has an horrible attitude. Will be sending my washer and dryer back.

I was out of a job for about a month and so far only missed one payment,they have been very patient with me for the most part.I recommend Aaron’s on Williams especially Mrs Yolanda.All though we are in a tough situation financially she seems to be working with us.

If i could give a zero i would. Went there to get a recliner for my grandfather and we saw an electric one with heat and massage for 995. Thought that was a good deal for a brand new chair. Lloyd did not tell me that was the only chair they had. They delivered the chair with no plastic wrap or anything on it. Then when we get the chair it was dirty and the handle to let the foot up was broken. I called and asked if was the display chair he said yes and i took pictures and went up there and told him was broke and dirty. He offered for someone to come fix it. Now why would i want someone to fix a chair i just bought? I told him to come get it and refund me. They didn’t come get it for 4 days then he claimed he returned my money. I waited 2 weeks. My bank didn’t have and neither did i. I go up there he claims he forgot to send it and he reversed it or so he says. Been a week and my bank still haven’t received anything. Horrible service and they are liars.

I've been renting to own since November of 2019. Pandemic struck and I've not been able to get relief on payment, I requested to skip a payment and was told that Aarons did not give their customers a break because "Aaron's need their money".The district manager was called and told if I could pay half that he'd work with me with the rest, that balance which was more than making the monthly payment(for Instance, monthly payment $88.00, pay $54.00 and pay another $54.00 for the balance.)I don't know where they went to school but that's more than the monthly amount.I mentioned that other companies were assisting their customers during this pandemic, I was told that Aaron's was not one and I'm sure they had federal funding to assist them.I'm sending my refrigerator back next month and going with another company.

Today was the second time in a week that your delivery truck has been in my condo’s driveway blocking at least 60 residents from parking in their designated spaces. The driver completely ignored me and seemed to walk as slowly as possible while I sat behind the truck and waited. Delivery trucks should park on the street like everyone else. I would not shop at your store after experiencing how inconsiderate the drivers are.
