Rude employees walked in I wanted to pay for a cell phone in full and was told they dont sell phones like that if you want 1 you have to put it on your cell bill and pay basically twice as much once you figure taxes and other fees. This location should just close cause it is useless waste of retail space

I had an appointment at 6 PM to upgrade my phone, but had an unnecessarily rude experience at this store. When I walked in, I was greeted with an annoyed “How can I help you?” from one of the employees. I politely mentioned that I had an appointment, and instead of assisting me, he repeated the same question in a rude, dismissive tone. It was clear from his attitude that he didn’t want to help or even be there. I left the store feeling disrespected and extremely dissatisfied with the service, and he’s lucky i’m a nice guy because I was about to call him out on it. I didn’t wanna give the guy the time of day as it seemed like he was having a bad day anyway. I spared him. I would not recommend this location if you’re looking for professional or courteous service. Especially from the short, latino man with black hair. Didn’t get his name because I was in and out.

Chavely E. Ventura was my retail sales consultant and she was awesome I highly recommended anybody who is in need of services or have questions she made everything really understandable and she was super patient with me and really chill. Hope, if you’re reading this, please give her a raise. She was awesome. And the other gentleman that was working with her was super helpful and I really appreciate ;if you’re looking for help with your AT&T services check out the one in Kenner at West Esplanade at 819W Espanade Avenue suite F in Kenner.

Rude customer service agent. Refused to provide phone upgrade with delayed activation that ATT customer service tells me is possible. Continued to argue the topic even after I called customer service a second time to confirm what I wanted to do was possible. No way to treat a 20+ year customer.

Came to get screen protectors for me mom & I , and was rudely told to “take a seat , and someone will get to you”. When we were finally approached by an employee she was not helpful in anyway & told us to go home and order them on our own. Will not be going back.
