Best experience at a phone store of any brand in 25 years. Katherine understands customers and will do everything she can to get you the best deal and service for a honest price. She is personable, caring, knowledgeable, and not to proud to ask for help.
I was in sales for over almost a decade and this was no sale. It was just honest customer service with no fluff, pressure, or BS.
We shopped around for a deal, we came back to att after 7 years with a competitor for Katherine and the team at this location.

I had an excellent experience with Jamaal when I went in to upgrade my Galaxy S21. Right when I walked in he asked me how he could help and quickly facilitated the process, explained every cost and bill change, provided knowledgeable recommendations, looked into every possible discount for me, and gave friendly service throughout. Would definitely recommend this store.
