I brought my 2023 Vette in for the free 1st oil change and transmission service. The service rep I spoke to on the phone did not advise me of the 1st service.I would have provided a 5-star review had I been advised that transmission service could not have been performed before 7,500 miles. I had to pay for the first service, and I will receive the next service and transmission service free, but it will be 2 or more years before I put that much mileage on it.

I got my transmission replaced at Best Chevrolet I got a brand new transmission paid a lot for it, they gave me 3 years warranty the transmission broke down 3 years 3 months exactly they told me that the warranty had expired which I understand but a brand new transmission? That was the reason why I bought it new from them, they told me it is what it is, so I’m guessing that if you buy one of their brand new cars expect for the transmission to go out 3 years later. (Truck never hauled anything or got loaded at all it was used from house to work) big disappointment don’t ever get a transmission done with them.

Service always top notch here! June in service was great to work with and Matthew in sales was knowledgeable about the current inventory. I highly recommend them both!

My experience with the service department at BEST CHEVROLET was excellent. The service agent that assisted me, Miss Tara was GREAT. Very professional and courteous, respectful. She explain everything. Took the worry that I had away that I had when I arrived there.

Tara is rude and very inconsiderate.I have dropped my car to these people 3 different times for 1 issue. They changed my brakes/rotors and called me to pick up my vehicle. I immediately noticed that my truck sounded like a school bus and my rotors were grinding. I dropped the vehicle back off to them at 8am, received a call from Tara at 12 saying it was ready to be picked up only for it to still sound like a school bus. The service manager told me that he and the technician rode in the car and did not hear anything. However when the service manager got in the car with me he heard the brakes squeaking immediately then proceeds to tell me that the parts were defected, my 1st thought was oh so you wanted me to drive with defected brakes cause you gave the vehicle back to me twice in this condition. Finally I have to leave my vehicle for the 3rd time with hopes that they redo the entire brake system this time.

My best experience yet. Ms. June in Service/Parts was very helpful and handled everything with my warranty company. Kept me informed on things. Got a new transmission, condenser and exhaust work. I would give five stars but the car salesmen were rude to the tow truck driver who bought my truck in. I didn’t like that, the man just trying to do his job.

My experience with Best Chevrolet was amazing. Mo and Zach helped me and my dad drive off their lot with a new vehicle. They were very patient and kind. Everyone there were nice and greeted us with smiles. Love the atmosphere as much as I love my 2023 Chevy Trailblazer. I’m recommending them to everyone I know who is interested in buying another vehicle. Thank you so much Mo!!!

I had a great car buying experience with Mr. MO at Best Chevrolet... he followed up and kept in touch to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle purchase and to see if I had any issues. I had a minor issue and he along with the service dept made sure the issue was rectified in a timely manner!

The customer service I received from Tara was pleasant as always. This was my second time interacting with her and again she was thorough, friendly, and above all else excellent.

Smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. From the time I walked in to the moment I drove away, I felt like I was taken care of like family and treated with the highest level of integrity. The staff should win an award for professionalism and true customer service. I will be shopping here first for my next truck.

Starting from the beginning: purchased a used car in 2/23. I was told everything had been inspected. New tires. New battery. The night I drove it off the lot the windshield wipers were not put on correctly. Drove it back the next day. Check engine light came on. It was reset when the fixed the wipers. Came on again within 48 hours. I was told I needed a new chip and it was ordered. 10 days later the car had a catastrophic failure and shut itself down in the middle of traffic. Had it towed to Best. I was told they would reimburse me for the $70 tow. That has never happened. I had to fight for a loaner for three days. My car sat there for a couple days. After looking at it, the decision was made to take it to a jeep dealer (2017 jeep). Fine, I was told it would be at the jeep dealer for a couple days. A week later I called the jeep dealer and they said they probably couldn't even look at it for another week. In the meantime, I get an overdue notice for a car payment. I was never told who my finance company was, let alone when a payment was due. To this day I have never received any paperwork from the dealership. Finally got the car back. I was assured a new battery had been put in, a daytime running light had been replaced, a new chip had been installed and I was "good to go". Three days later as I was leaving to drive to NY at 6am, car wouldn't start because battery was dead. $250 later I had a brand new battery even though I had been told a new battery had been installed 5 days earlier. Drove up to NY and realized that two tire bolts were missing. Had to replace. And the day time running light that was supposedly replaced also went out.Waited 6 months to get plates because they put my co-signer as the primary and she lives in Texas. No one caught this until the finance company contacted the dealership. It only took a few days to fix, so why did it take 6 months to get my plate?Forget about getting return phone calls from anyone you are trying to reach. No one picks up the phone, and if they do, you get transferred to voicemail that no one appears to respond to. I left multiple messages for finance, managers and even the GM. Not one phone call was ever returned. Really shows how much they care about their customers.
