Went in to buy a charger to replace the one that’s not really working anymore while I waited for my Little Caesar’s order. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sam helped me figure out what to do since phone companies are phasing out USB.

I asked for a specific plan with unlimited data and showed them the promotion and they gave me a whole different plan and locked me in to a plan with only 5 g of data and refused to change it to the plan I asked for in the first place, after calling boost they said I had to wait 30 days to switch to the plan I wanted unless I upgraded to the plan I didn't want. so now I am stuck with no data for 30 days. this all could have been prevented by giving me the plan that I asked for or telling me they couldn't help me because they didn't know how to sign me up for that plan. also another problem is they are not transparent about the cost until after they service you and they do not tell you they only accept cash payment before servicing you. I like to know all that before I get locked into a service so that I can understand how much and how I will be able to pay them.

Very friendly and honest, they were able to fix my phone. I went to other boost stores and they told me I had to buy a new one.
