Jay was horrible. I asked him for the men's suit section (he was standing ten feet from the men's section....this negro sent me the opposite way towards the women's section. Either he's completely ignorant, or he doesn't respect his elders. Terrible service by Jay. He should be retrained immediately, or let go!

You have to be let in and out of the store by an attendant. The entire place is disorganized. And the bathroom is locked so you have to hunt down one of the maybe 2 employees so they can call someone over the radio to let you in, and then that person never comes and lets you in. Do yourself a favor and go to Metairie location. It’s faster than trying to shop at this one.

The cashiers had really mean and aggressive demeanors. Also had to wait in an extremely long line with only two cashiers working. They have a lot of nice things there, but I don’t even want to shop here this coming holiday.

It makes no sense to shop for an extended amount of time, and then head over to try it on, just for the fitting room to be closed randomly! That is so inconvenient and inconsistent. It is a clothing store! The fitting room is one of the most important things of a clothing store. I am not going to buy something, take it home, to try it on and if I don't like it go all the way back to return it. No it should be a one and done experience. Please fix the AC!! Please open the fitting rooms! Stop closing it randomly in the middle of the day. It's ridiculous. So I left my shopping cart full of clothes right by the fitting room, because I was not putting all of it back on the racks...Y'all inconvenienced me, so I inconvenienced y'all.
