The store manager refused to exchange a pack of cigarettes after giving me the wrong pack. Beyond rude with zero customer service skills. Do not go to this place. So awful I lodged a formal complaint. Also refuse to give you the name of the District Manager

Store closed for “restroom break” @ 4:50pm on Sunday April 19th. 20 min later & dozens of aggravated customers gone …. still on dat restroom break tho!
