Comfort Suites Airport offers a mix of experiences for its guests. Many appreciate the clean and comfortable rooms, highlighting the pleasant smell and cozy beds. However, some have faced issues with amenities like the TV and advertised shuttle service, which was not available, leading to unexpected costs. While the breakfast is generally well-received, featuring hot eggs, bacon, and pastries, there have been complaints about the quality of certain items and a few encounters with management that left guests feeling unwelcome. Customer service is often praised, with staff members described as friendly and helpful, especially in resolving issues. The hotel's proximity to the airport is a significant advantage for travelers, though some have noted noise from the heating system. Overall, Comfort Suites Airport has clean rooms and a decent breakfast, but guests may want to confirm available services and amenities before booking.
