I had a problem with my phone that I couldn't solve myself I went to this place for help and in less than 5 minutes the agent solved the problem for me very knowledgeable I recommend this place

Just another retail shop trying to get more commission and unneeded money to switch phones. Call Cricket directly and they will direct you on which phone to buy, activate it, and walk you through it all without some teenage jackass just there for a check and discounts on their newest phones.
