Locker rental was easy with little paperwork, most completed online. Check in at office to give payment method and proof of identity. Staff member was pleasant and helpful. Only problem I had was getting the lock to work. I almost had to ask for help, but then figured it out.

I wish I would've known about this storage sooner. From the excellent customer service (Julius and Dylan were AWESOME) to the clean and efficient storage spaces (and they're not pricey, VERY affordable) this storage is TOP TIER! I will DEFINITELY recommend to others and will use them again in the future if needed.
