Pretty good CVS... Miss the one I went to in Airline, but we moved and they were too far away. Drive thru closed sometimes, but I don't mind going inside when I have to. Pharmacy staff is extremely caring and professional. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but that's because they serve so many people every day! They were pharmacists, not miracle workers, and no one is perfect. I have to go in at least once a week because I'm chronically ill and take many medications, as does my husband and son. They know us and always have a smile on their face. I feel like they really care. If you expect perfection, you're crazy. People have trouble sometimes, like everyone, but this pharmacy does everything they can to give you a good experience. They only thing I don't like is that recently they changed (corporate) so you can't wait on hold when you call, you leave a message and they call you back, but often I don't get a call back. Sometimes I have to call to get my prescription filled even though the doctor called it in. that's why I gave 4 stars used l instead of 5. overall very happy and will continue to go

Highly deceptive pricing that shows discounts but discounts not applied during checkout and clerk and manager unable to help. Suggest you go to Walgreens across the street instead.

Nobody answers phone long lines waiting,no drive up available and I'm crippled, slow refilling and contacting Drs it's the worst CVS I've dealt with in lafourche parish 5 star service with drive very quick only reason I go here is because I'm in Kenner for weeks at a time

I strictly went to the pharmacy. I was next in line when I got there. The pharmacy tech was polite and knowledgeable. She found my script and checked me out in no time. As I was leaving the store, I noticed that there was only one person waiting to be checked out. There was plenty of parking.

I literally hate to have to come to this pharmacy. They often don’t utilize the drive-through portion of the pharmacy and you will wait literally 30 minutes or more to get service there. That’s not including the time for them to actually get your medication and hand it to you— if they actually have it open at all. I feel that they are very rude and unprofessional over the phone and in person when you go in I have called the corporate and reported interactions and how they operate but nothing has yet to be done. If you absolutely just want to use CVS as your preferred pharmacy, then go to the one inside target at the Old Esplanade Mall the CVS absolutely sucks. I would never recommend anyone to go there for the pharmacy.
