Fady our service representative was outstanding. We had 4 tires, balancing, new stems, and an alignment on our van. The price was exactly as quoted, the time to do the work was about 2 1/2 hours and it went exactly as promised. I would recommend anyone that needs tires to consider this Firestone store, they are great!

I had scheduled an appt for my vehicle for 7 am. Staff was freindly. My vehicle was not in a bay for initial inspection until 8:05 am. I was notified of the pending issues to be resolve and authorized them to do the stated work. My vehicle was not completed until 2:35 pm. Yes the 7.5 hours were long. I did not mind waiting but during the entire time, no update was ever provided as to why it was taking soooo long! I witnessed others wait as well with confirmed appointments. 3 hours for an oil change or 4 hours for new tires are insane to have customers waiting. You would think that one would apply some type of a continuous improvement process: Such as having a bay specifically for oil changes or one for new tires. That just make more sense to me. So besides the long wait, everything was pretty good. I'm satisfied and trust the work performed. I have been a Firestone customer for over 7 years. Next time, I'll just drop my vehicle off regardless of appointment time! Yes I did rate them 5 Stars because of the trusted experience to keep my vehicle operating in the best condition as possible. YES, I will go back for any future services but it will be an appointment with a drop off only.

Fast service and informative about other important issues that needed to be addressed on my vehicle. While I did not have Firestone perform the job I appreciated the heads up and had my regular shop deal with the issue. I will however continue to use Firestone for my tire service. After all my family did own a Firestone on Oak street in New Orleans in the 50s and 60s. Those were happy memories and by trusting in Firestone it helps to keep those memories alive.

when I was living in Kenner my truck was always fixed the first time ,and never had to bring it back, I always purchase my tires from Firestone . Bryan is the best service manager who always pointed the right things I needed to do in the future. The tech that he has are top notches and new who I was when I walked in. I am living in Mandeville now and I miss Bryan and the techs at this Firestone store. I am searching for another Bryan. Reason because I trust him and his staff. I am not to please with I see in Mandeville. It maybe worth while just to drive back to the Kenner sore to have my service done right the first time thanks again Byran, Glenn Fortier

I switched over from the dealership to Firestone because when I would go to the dealership they weren't as open with time-slot or keeping me up to date on what was happening with my car. They also didn't listen to my concerns I had and then I would end up coming back a few weeks later. BUT Every time I come in to Firestone I always feel heard when I mention a concern I am having. Also they make sure to keep me up to date on everything that is happening with my car, how much it will cost, etc. I haven't had a bad experience with any of the workers there. They genuinely care about their customers and want to make sure they are driving safe.

Simply needed my tire changed, nail in the wheel well, tire was in stock at the store. Called earlier that morning and was told it wouldnt be a problem. Arrived at roughly 3:30 on a weekday. Upon arrival, service person did a cursory inspection of tire, agreed with me that the tire needed to be replaced. Asked intermittently when my car was going to be serviced, ETA was another 45-1hr. At 6:40 was informed the tire could actually be plugged….i want/know i need a tire, do not try to appease me with subpar work and a “quick” discount
Air was escaping out of the tire at quick rate so needed it to get done, took off work early. Would have gone to another location or competitor had I been informed it would be so long. Have brought my previous car and mother’s vehicle for service multiple time over the years, probably never again.
