This review is for a few years ago. They were very friendly and made me comfortable. I was given different options on insurance for my new home. I was told to only go with them if I didn't find a better policy with my current insurance company (bundling with auto) or elsewhere. I totally respect that. Even though I didn't do business with them, I will in the future if the need arises.

This has taken over a month to cancel our old policy with this company. Sent an email with our proof of sale and didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks!. Finally after forwarding the email with our cash sale and requesting to speak to someone else, we finally got our policy canceled. The lady who i spoke to was very nice and apologized and didn’t know why this wasn’t handled. Eddie (the owners son-in-law) lied to our relator many times demanding to see our new houses insurance before canceling our policy. After speaking with an attorney, he was requesting information he had no right to request. Let’s see how long it takes to get our refund check now.
