This place is a complete joke.
Went in with nobody in here and found 5 pairs of shoes I needed in different sizes. The system was down so they had to check the back to see if they had any. Employee said they couldn’t go in the back bc he was the only one on the floor. 20 minutes later he went in the back and checked someone else’s request and rung them up before me. Lied and said they were in the back looking and she didn’t even have the shoes I was looking for. Completely rude, unhelpful and lied to my face with the sign next to them about the sale that was going on. And after the second employee came back they both went in the back. Leaving the floor empty like he said he couldn’t do which was a 20 minute wait.

Overall, fine, I knew what I wanted from the start, and the worker was very attention and knowledgeable on what I wanted. With that said, as I entered the store, there were two workers, one busy with merchandise behind the counter and another standing in the open area looking bored. This worker visually acknowledged my entry and turned away as I got closer. No problem. I wanted to the other worker and tactfully greeted and announced my needs. She was quick to stop what she was doing and assisted.

Walked in the store not one customer in the store and there are two saleswomen by the register, no one spoke . I looked at some shoes for about 3-5 min still no one spoke or asked if I needed help. What ever happened to customer service ?I left they lost a sale ! I definitely was buying 2-3 pairs of shoes . Won’t be back. .
