GameStop is a nicely laid out store that many customers like and recommend for gaming needs. The customer service is often described as the best, with employees who are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, relatable, and helpful. Staff frequently go above and beyond to help customers trade items or find what they want. However, one manager can sometimes hassle customers to hurry, which is aggravating when browsing. Overall, the other employees are nice and helpful, making it a store customers will continue to visit.
Walked in today and the entire staff was very nice, friendly, took time to explain things for me. I will be sure to get names and mention next time I go back there.

Nonplussed by the experience. What happened to price matching? Every other retailer has this game for 39.99, except GameStop, but they can't match that?
