It's 15 mins from the airport, and the shuttle runs every 30, after 7am. The room had no hot water, had a strange slope in the floor in several places, was rust ridden across large areas of the tub and ceiling, and all the hallway carpets are stained and gross. The staff was friendly though, so, that's nice.

I stayed at this location this past month while I was taking the bar. The staff was very nice but the room itself is very gross. There is a lot of rust, mold, dirt around the establishment. The lobby area is just a nice façade. The establishment is not updated. I arrived at the hotel on Sunday and left Friday and only had hot water for one day. Additionally, walls are paper thin. I could hear the people next to me talking very quietly. Finally, the carpet was so gross, and the floor itself in the bathroom was sticky. I had to go to the local Walmart to buy shower shoes in order to feel comfortable to walk around the room. P.S. the cleaning service does not clean your room everyday, you need to “request” the cleaning service. In all of my years staying in hotels I’ve never experienced this in my life. Please do not stay here. It is not worth the price or the money.

As a Diamond Hilton member, I usually don't post negative reviews. But on this specific visit (Feb. 17, 2024) the Keurig was broken, the door latch and security lock were broken, and there was limited hot water in the building when we arrived (a sign... with a glaring typo... was posted in the elevator, but the front desk didn't say anything upon checking in). In the breakfast area, the heat wasn't working, so we had to order the food and take it back to the room to eat. While I have stayed at this location many times over the years, both pre and post-Covid, things appear to be getting run down. The last straw was all the dead plants in the lobby - literally brown dead plants in their pots, left in plain sight for all arriving guests. I hope this hotel gets things fixed. I know this Diamond member will not be staying at this location again.Sadly, Stan Weber

I won't comment to tarnish the image of the hotel. Hilton Garden is one of my favorite stays but this one is the last choice if I were force to choose. Structure needs some TLC, water pressure was weak in shower. I can hear doors closing downstairs. I just feel the building isn't sound, needs cosmetic and structure work. I hope it gets the attention it needs to meet the Hilton brand in the near future, soon.Noteworthy details: The lobby is nice!

The staff is phenomenal and understanding. I would like to thank the guy who checked me around midnight as he made it so welcoming for me. There is broken equipment in the gym. As a diamond member, I understand that the people in the past have contributed to the gym's equipment.

I'm a diamond member and I have had an overall very good experience with Hilton Garden Inns. In general they are clean and well maintianed and restaurants serve a solid meal at breakfast and dinner. However, this place should be condemned. This was hands down one of the worst Hilton Garden Inns I've ever stayed in. (I have about 170 nights in Hilton hotels just for 2023.) This location was absolutely filthy. There was black mold growing in the AC and on the curtains and in the bathroom. The hot worked intermittently throughout my stay and the showers in both rooms I stayed in had extremely bad water pressure. (I changed rooms the 2nd day into my stay) There were a lot of stains on the carpet. Everything about this place was run down.Rooms: The rooms were absolutely disgusting and in poor condition. The carpets were dirty. There was black mold growing in the AC and on the curtains. The hot water only worked intermittently.

Not to good of a experience, No hot water the lady at the front desk kept saying they was working on it , no tissue in the bathroom, had to wait for a very long time to check in, the food was ok the cook was really nice to my husband & I.

If you have an event at the convention center to attend, this hotel is convenient. Otherwise, I don't think I would (personally). Rooms smell a little stale, bathrooms need a touch up in terms of wall paint and grime removal, but the service given by staff is very attentive.

Stay somewhere else. This hotel needs a lot of work. My first room the A/C was broken. The second room was dirty and had no bath towels or facial tissue. The front desk did not answer the phones. There is a parking lot right next to the hotel where cars do donuts at all hours of the night. I had a tough time falling asleep with the noise. As I said, you are better off staying somewhere else.

Do not stay at this property! An absolute disgrace that this is a Hilton property. I have been a diamond member for 4 years and stayed at hundreds of Hilton locations and this takes the cake as the worst. This is truly like staying in a 3rd world country. $150/night gets you filthy rooms, dirty beds, horrible food you have to pay for, and NO HOT WATER for 2 days! When you reach out to the GM Rudy you can expect no response. I have stayed in nicer motels. This property should be condemned. Horrifying experience.

No hot water!! Do not stay here! Front desk team insisted technicians working on the problem, but continued to check guests in knowingly that the rooms do not have hot water. Further, room were not clean, and very dated, with a strong smell of bleach and air fragrance to cover up a bad smell. Carpets were very dirty and bathroom with a greasy film on the surface. We only stayed the 1 night, and opted to switch to another property down the street. The front desk team while kind, did not have the support of management, we were provided with the GM’s business card, who’s number had been discontinued. Very disappointed with this property, it should not be within the Hilton family.

Not a complaint, but observation. Generally, the room (#207) was dated and needs new carpet. a new bathtub would greatly improve the image. Coffee maker did not work, and drawers wouldn't stay closed. Breakfast options were good, but breakfast sitting area and front lobby were extremely cold.Customer service by staff was outstanding. Summer at the front desk reception was a gem. Extremely professional and personable.

No hot water in the room. Telephone didn’t work. Badly in need of some serious updating. The waffle was awful at breakfast. It was hard to believe that this is a Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was very nice. The facility is just not what it is supposed to be. I cannot recommend this hotel.
