Dnt buy from here . They use zip ties to make repairs. Brought car engine light came on less then 2 weeks . Say they put brand new engine in and motor still staters and shakes . Please take a good look at the cars the selling women . If u dnt have a guy to come with u . Just wait

My family and I Have been doing business with Lamarque Ford for a very long time. It is always been a plot positive and pleasant experience. However, this last deal did not go as smoothly. I was very surprised six days after I bought the car that my trade-in had not been paid off and the previous finance company Deducted my car note From my bank account on a car that I no longer own! So now I’m stuck with paying two car notes in less than a month. The only response I got from the Finance lady, Diane in the preowned supercenter was oh someone should’ve told you to cancel the auto pay. Well, no one did ;so now I have to wait for either the finance company to reimburse me, the car note that was deducted (after Lamarque Ford pays it off for the amount that i was told was the payoff) or she said they may adjust the loan before sending into my credit union. This was very disturbing and it’s still very unclear. No matter what -This should’ve never happened . Why am I paying a note on a car that is now owned by Lamarque Ford? As I see it, this is their mistake and I should be reimbursed by them and not have to wait weeks for either a check from my previous finance company or an adjustment to my new loan!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Absolute worst place to do business with. They do not care about you AT ALL. Even if you buy a $60K car from them. Be careful who you choose to do business with. This is not it. Trust me.
