I met with the property manager interested in leasing a storage unit. Melanie was kind and professional with much knowledge of the units. The property was very clean and so were the units. I leased a 10x10 with Many Mini because of her attitude. Will recommend Many Mini to others

Went to Many Mini for a tour of the property to lease a 10x20. The Manager Melanie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the units and the sizes. I leased with Many Mini because of her personality and she was very professional. I would highly recommend Many Mini and 1st Lake Properties.

Phone number =hangup 3x after online payment wont work. Cant hear me. Another wasted trip to pay rent. Nobody cares or fixes anything.

Just experienced very bad treatment from Many mini storage. Long story short: move out from storage unite 3 mouths ago, now got mail that I own them$70. Plus they never return my deposit. Better go with big name instead of mini names.

Price has NEVER been what I was quoted and they charge a late fee even when they close early the day before a holiday. Not to be trusted, money hungry and blames everything on "the computer"...
