Our dad was transported here from another hospital. Ochsner-Kenner took wonderful care of him. Each doctor carefully explained procedures and answered any of our questions. The nurses cared for him and us with their whole being. When Dad had something he wanted to ask, a push of the red button and the nurses were there within minutes. Every staff member who walked into our dad's room walked in with a smile. This made our dad comfortable and relaxed to be there. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

Im 21 weeks pregnant and havent had a NIPT test which i requested and i havent been seen in OVER 2 months. Everytime i actually get seen, which was 2 times out of this 21 week period, it takes 1.5 hours. This is my second pregnancy and i currently have a toddler delivered through ochsner care but i DO NOT RECOMMEND this ochsner ESPECIALLY if you are high risk.

WOW! Where do I start? For years I was going to get treated at different facilities for this or that, but on this day august 23rd 2023 I went to the Kenner faculty on 180 west esplanade and was diagnosed with blood clots. After getting the procedure done, every ailment that I had in my body such as kidney failure, high blood pressure, copd etc. all these ailments discovered to be conditions because of the blood clots and once removed, I have not took a BP pill, wore a cpap mask since and was told that kidneys are functional. Still damaged but not dialysis damaged. The staff was amazing from the housekeeper to the surgeon and everyone in between. Class act

Dr. Sheena Pullman is a phenomenal gynecologist. She's compassionate, caring, very detailed in her work. She is easy to talk to and she listens. I went to her office feeling anxious and very emotional. But by the time I left, shehad completely alleviated all my anxiety.She showed me kindness and spoke reassuring words of comfort that boosted my confidence. Dr. Pullman created a wonderful doctor/patient experience. She could not have made me feel more comfortable and valued.Even went the extra mile wishing mea Happy Birthday via patient portal.Her nurses and staff are also friendly and professional. I very strongly recommend Dr. Pullman. She is without a doubt one of the best doctors l've ever come across. And, I won’t be going anywhere else!Rochelle Washington

Treated horribly by staffin the E.R. nurses and PA, did not care, dismissive, male nurse actually cruel, overall they were all a bit hateful

I had to have surgery at Ochsner Kenner, last week, with My Doctor, Dr McCrossen. From my Doctor, on down to EVERY Nurse that touch me, was absolutely AMAZING! But Gina Broussard,RN, my 2nd nurse, when I made it to Med Surg, OMG, She Exemplifies What Nursing Represents, she was Beyond Amazing, Thorough, Caring, Compassionate, and was Teaching me something new Every Single time she walked in My Room.It was a Nurse that took care of my mom, years ago, through her cancer treatment, that made me want to be a Nurse, Last Week, Ms. Gina made me want to be a Better Nurse!Also, I can’t forget about my Outpt Surgery Dept! I think it was Jamie(LSU Fan), that started my IV, I did not feel a thing and Got it on the 1st Try! Now if that isn’t God sent I don’t know what is…lol That whole lil team was Awesome!You Guys are Absolutely Amazing, Especially the staff on Med Surg at Ochsner Kenner! Thank you So Much for My Care ?❣️

My mother was admitted into this hospital she in hell this hospital the food was horrible and she suffered in pain and wouldn’t give her anything my mom is 70 years old she had 2 back surgery and neck she in there for her leg and the nurses they wouldn’t come when you called them I saw them sitting around the desk on their phones and to get information about anything you have to wait until they come into your room my mom is not getting treated good here she will never go back to this place

I brought my dad to an appointment at Ochsner Kenner today and utilized the valet service. I was extremely impressed with “Josh” in valet. He physically helped my dad in and out the car upon arrival and when leaving - which is normally very strenuous for me. He assisted with his wheelchair and put it back in the car for me - without being asked. He saw a need and helped. It meant a lot that he went the extra step to help me safely get my dad to his appointment and back. Even when I offered a tip, he made sure to remind me it was free for 65+ seniors. Others would have accepted without question. Thank you Josh!!!! Your helpful heart and warm smile was appreciated today… YOU made today’s visit a much better experience

I had an appointment scheduled almost 4 months in advance. The office canceled. They have no appointments available bc of the type of insurance I have. Getting discriminated against and not being given the medical treatment I need due to my insurance is disgusting.

I went for a petscan for my lymphoma diagnosis. The scanner was in a trailer and seemed very old and the area was dingy. I had to go through twice to get the same full body scan I had in Ochsner main campus on 1 try. All the caretakers were very kind and friendly.
