Their service department is a bunch of crooks. They will lie to you about what is covered and not covered with warranty. Then they are gonna find all kinds of creative ways to pad the service bill on any simple service and make up bogus extra charges. Go to Baton Rouge BMW - everyone that has a BMW knows that it is a better dealership and they are more honest. Avoid Peake like the plague. Do not go here!!!

Peake BMW & specifically Richie Enright are unlike any other service center that I’ve dealt with in my surrounding area for the past 15 years. They have always provided me with top notch customer service and go the extra mile to ensure my personal satisfaction. They have a way of making you feel like you’re their only customer. This is the first review I have ever written for any company or product and I could go on and on, all I will say is if you’re looking for excellent service it begins and ends with Peake BMW.

Had a great customer service in the past. Used the same sales person twice. Second time, running into issues. I had an issue with the paperwork. Have emailed and called many times. No response.Even emailed the entire team. Still nothing. Disappointed because of the great service I had the first time. I was ready to purchase a third BMW from them. But for now, I'll move on to somewhere else.

So my vehicle alerted me that my car services was due. The app also alerted me that my services was due. So I go to Peake BMW and waited 4 hours before I asked the status or my vehicle. Upon the Request the mechanic comes out and says that it will be another hour and half before they will get to my vehicle. So I asked them to just give me my car back and then another mechanic comes out to say the car didn’t require services and it alerted me because the brakes needs to be changed. I will never purchase another BMW because they don’t have the capacity to service the bmws that already is owned. I was just about to schedule my appointment with Andrea to purchase my second BMW, but after todays experience I wouldn’t purchase a free pen from that dealership. I am extremely disappointed with a dealership I thought was top tier! Save yourself the headache and go else where.

First and last time we use Peak BMW for an oil change. Started with a 1.5 hr estimate for pre-scheduled work that actually took 3 hours. Also, the offered complimentary car wash did not happen due to backlog. No apology given.

I can't speak to the service department, only my experience buying a car here. I went to a few dealers to look at Audi, BMW, Genesis, and also looked at Mazda for my partner. By far, the experience I had at BMW was the best. Not only did I feel like I was well informed about the purchase, but I didn't feel pushed into it as I have at pretty much every other dealership. Andrea was an amazing salesperson. She was very patient, happy to answer questions, always available, gave me recommendations to get the most money for the car I was selling/trading in, willing to look up questions that I had and help me even after hours, and not that it matters but she also was incredibly fashionable. I personally don't think she should give out a cell phone number and answer customers' questions after hours, but hats off to her for going the extra mile. I custom ordered it and love everything I chose; and getting compliments on my car from random people just adds to the fun. My only criticism is that I custom-ordered the car so it took about a month to come in (less than a month actually, super fast - another thanks to them!) and I wish they would have talked to me before I went to sign the lease regarding the add-on packages and their associated costs; I felt quite cornered into buying those extra layers of protection knowing that I couldn't elect to get those packages at a later time. That having been said, we will see if I have any service issues and how that goes as it is the reason I will never buy a Ford or Dodge again. But for now, give Andrea all the gold stars!

I had an excellent experience at Peake BMW today. Nearing the end of my lease and I was freaking out. My friend and salesman, Alex Darouiche, told me to relax and let him work it out. And he did just that, he worked an amazing deal for me!!! I’m so happy

I would love nothing more that to return my 2015 bmw x1. I finally chose a vehicles to fit my needs and budget. Who knew the budget was only fit by getting a car with problems XY and Z to come with it. The fog lights were busted (saw upon washing the vehicle). The sunroof lining is hanging, and the vehicle shakes while the A/C is on (which supposedly will be fixed by tightening the bolts on it when brought in for service — on their dime). I bought the car by signing an “as is” deal so as is I have to liv with the car. Watch what you purchase might be a good deal but make sure you get a warranty with purchase or you’ll regret it not even two week later. I wasn’t granted a warranty due to “the age of the vehicle”. Lesson learned and a headache is what I’m left with.

Everyone knows when going to a car dealership, you may have to deal with some annoyances. However, Peake takes the cake. After walking around for 15 minutes, I had to ask for a sales person. They offered me an OUTRAGEOUS price on a used 330i and then tried to get me in a Honda CR-V. What? And I'll say it - the vibes in that place are off. They're very condescending in there and I've been to a number of luxury dealerships before. This is the absolute worst.

The lowest quality customer service in town! I have a warranty on my car and each time it winds up in their care, I’m left in the dark. My car has been there for two days to get a tire changed! Not one person is communicating and getting an answer by phone is like catching a bluebird.I can’t express how many times I’ve been hung up on. I’ll never take my car here again and I feel forced into purchasing a car of another brand.

I called three times to speak to the service department about front breaks and each time was set to voicemail. Over the span of 10 days and those three calls I never received a call back. Apparently they don't want their BMW owners to service their cars here. I went eventually went elsewhere to someone who answers their phone and accepts customers who need their car serviced.

Brought my 2019 5 series in because I kept getting the low coolant error. When I opened the hood it was clear that the reservoir hose (a $10 hose) kept popping off and spraying coolant everywhere.Long story short, I told them this was happening, had the car towed in, I receive a call saying they needed to replace the entire coolant system $2,000 job. I paid, picked the car up, drove back up to the north shore, and wouldn't ya know it, same error "low coolant" open the hood and the SAME HOSE, (which was listed as replaced as part of the job), popped off again and sprayed coolant all over the engine again.I call and get sort of a "oh we'll get you sorted out" attitude like they're doing me a favor having it towed back to the south shore. I call back and start to ask questions about weather or not I actually needed the entire coolant system replaced, and don't get a straight answer. I was told I would get a call back and never did.I'm not a mechanic but I do think that if there was a leak anywhere else other than the hose coming off I would have seen coolant in my garage, wouldn't you think?Anyhow I never received a call explaining what happened like I was promised, they just took the money and ran (so to speak). Don't forget they work on commission ;-) this all conveniently happened 1 month after my extended warranty had expired, I should add that as well.I will never go back to Peak, I encourage anyone thinking of using their service department to look somewhere else.Hope this helps!
