The lady was very unfriendly and unprofessional. On her phone/ear buds loud with all her business. God forbid you aren’t familiar with the menu and ask about anything. Being that this shop is located in a hospital, maybe have some professionalism.

Like any coffee house the drinks are good when the coffee is fresh. I like to order the vienna cream and if I'm lucky it's done right.

Love the frozen protein velvet ice. No sugar added mocha or vanilla frozen coffee with protein powder. Yum!!
