Planet Fitness is a clean facility with a welcoming atmosphere. It provides a fantastic place to work out with friendly staff and lots of machines. The gym offers best-in-class and new equipment, creating an atmosphere of community where seeing others achieve their goals can be inspiring. It is a Judgement Free Zone for everyone to build strength. Some notes for improvement include that the water fountain is not as cold as at other locations and some safety hooks on the Smith machines are not tight, which could result in injury. Overall, it is a very clean and neat gym with great service and great plans for everyone.
I love working out at the Kenner location! Have been a member off and on for years. It's a clean and friendly environment! The staff there is polite and helpful.

Hats off to all of the staff here! Everyone is so always so friendly. The management here is doing a phenomenal job. Mr Ed on the weekends is super kind and Braden plays the best music!

My husband and I enjoy coming to this location. The employees have good attitudes and they are available behind the desk if you need them. The facility is kept clean and they play good music too.
