“They do a pretty good job here. I haven't gotten a passport or a PO box, but I come here often to mail packages. They're knowledgable, fast, handle packages with care, and just generally nice. They often only have one clerk even if there's 5 people in line, but it's never too bad.”

“It’s so telling all of the negative reviews here haven’t the slightest clue about mail delivery via USPS.
I am happy to get my mail delivered in a timely manner about 95% of the time. If you want better service, get involved. Hold our public civil servants/legislators accountable.
USPS & the majority of federal employees are made up of us regular folks. It’s the leadership who we need to push to do the right things & stop taking corporate $$$. I’ve had my own challenges with USPS in the past, but none of us is perfect.
USPS should have their old benefits restored (keep the politicians out of the USPS) to what they once were.
USPS mail workers used to be respected, let’s bring that back!!

“This post office is closed on Saturdays, there is a drop off box just a normal mailbox that is outside of the building . Pick up time on the outside mailbox are, 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. On Saturday.”
“Not a bad experience at all. The lady is serious but polite. I had my two kids with me and before leaving she asked my oldest son if he wanted an activity book. She gave him two, one for him and the other one for my daughter. She also asked me if I needed to get anything else.”
“So much better than the Boutte post office. They don't even take off for lunch here when Boutte closes their doors for an hour. There is also a rude old woman in Boutte. The workers at the Luling post office are kind and very helpful. I will NEVER go to Boutte again as long as the Luling post office stays open.”

“I came to this office after a bad experience at another nearby office, where, with a friendly smile, I asked the employee how to send a package and I didn't know how to get the label for the shipping address. She, with a bad face and rudely, gave me a Sharpie and said write there (on the box) the receiving address and your address and I thought what? I gave her back the Sharpie, said THANK you and left... hahaha. I came to this other office and the lady with a kind smile was patient with me and helped me get a QR code from the eBay app and printed it, placed it on the box and that was it. Thanks to the kind lady.”
