I came to get manicure and polish change, but for some reason the lady who is normally there (I guess owner/manager) was VERY NASTY. I asked her to cut my nails down or make them even. She didn’t and never mentioned me getting my toe polish change. Told me with AN ATTITUDE pay me before I put the clear polish on cause I wanted hot pink. She comes talking about she got a lot of hot pink. Very unprofessional. I will NEVER go there again.

Good service, good manicure & pedicure. Offered water. 20% was Not given to me and they said it would be. Lies will ruin the business and end it. I will Not return. Gel manicure plus gel pedicure minus 20% OFF is Not $70.

My nails did not come out how they where suppose to they did a great job on my feet but the nails looked horrendous they’re all bulky and their lifting already and I just got them done today and my nails cost 30 u would think they wouldn’t do them so bulky

My daughter and I went here. I got gel nail polish and my daughter got a full set. The lady absolutely rushed us. My daughter’s acrylics are missing spots. They are not filled in on the sides. My gel nails have bubbles and lumps. Our nails were not manicured before being done. Even though we paid for them. She never filed and shaped our nails. Our nails look like a student who just started doing nails did them. Also there was supposed to be 20 percent off, and we paid full prices. She also harassed us for a tip and basically demanded the tip be added to our card. I will never go here. It’s a waste of money and time!!!!!

Call-in and we're invited immediately. Showed up in about 20 minutes. They were so efficient. Husband and wife pedicure and chair massage
Very nice job, price was even generously reasonable. These gals worked quickly and professional. They deserved the nice ,"Tips" that we gave. Yeah..don't forget to 'Tip' their dedication and courtesy. GOOD job Girls.

Very nice Service. ( under new management) Lee the owner was very nice she did exactly what me and my mom wanted , prices are very affordable. They even greeted us with complimentary drinks while our services were being done . Definitely recommend!

The service was weirdly rushed, even though it was the middle of the day. I got black french tips and the polish on the tips was peeling after i left, and got worse as the week progressed. She kept urging me to pay her before she polished it, then did a less than mediocre job. I would never revisit this nail salon. She rounded the corners when I specifically told her I wanted them square, because she thought her better judgement was more suitable than mine.
Requested style: I requested square black french tips, and I recieved rounded square nails with peeling black polish on the top.
Stylist: She was very pushy and insisted that her way of doing things was better than what I preferred, and when she was finished, the product was not up to par.

I'm done with this place. I have been visiting this place for over a decade and it has slowly slipped away. Kim is not a bad nail technician but she is the only person working there it is frustrating to get one appointment with her I've been trying to get my call picked up for 3 days and can't even leave a voicemail. If you are no longer able to run this place properly let it go and maybe someone else is interested in setting up a good nail salon because she does what she can, although it is not enough for the price they charge and the quality they promise,

i needed to get my nails done for homecoming. i asked for a a blue french tip (reference photo). the lady was nice but clearly didn’t know anything about nails. while the lady was working on my nails, she made my cuticles bleed and my fingers were burning. the acrylics were uneven as well. overall my nails were poorly done. waited two hours and paid $45Services: Acrylic nails

Went for a pedicure today at the Kenner location and Kim did an outstanding job. I was very impressed and she took the time to do my feet like they're supposed to be done. Very professional and just a sweet young lady. I will definitely be back to see her

Decided to go to the location in chalmette (I can’t post my review there, because the company disabled them smh) let’s just say I had the worst experience ever. A lady was there before me, her services were a pedicure, eyebrow wax, a full set. I strictly went for a toe polish (gel specifically) I got there for 11:17 am, didn’t leave out until 1:40 pm. NOT EXAGGERATING! I have never been to a nail salon where the worker never takes a break from a client to start working on someone else - ESPECIALLY a client like me who only came in for a toe polish nothing more. I will never in my life, visit that location again. Any other normal salon, would not have me wait 2 hours just for a TOE POLISH. Horrible service, horrible experience, and worst part of it all I barely even liked how she polished my toes. Please avoid this place at all cost. I don’t even want to try out any of their other locations. I see why this business disabled the reviews, because they are such a horrible nail salon. I’m sure I’m not the first person to leave a bad review. Close down please!
