every time deposit a check, they keep it in hold for 7 to 10 business days with no reason I don't like this bank at all. I'm gonna switch my business account to another bank.

The worst bank I’ve ever seen before. Please DO NOT open a Business Account with them.Is just too many problems when it comes to get your own money. They always delay the ability of your funds from check deposits.

I would give this bank in Kenner 0 stars if it were possible. I was a customer of Regions on Williams Blvd for a brief time. I was informed by the Customer Service agent that my account had been closed by the bank. No other info available. After going to bank I was told lie after lie about the reason for the closure. The asst manager told me that I did not pass the background check. But no other info was given. I also was told that the bank had suspected I had committed bank fraud by trying to deposit two checks to my checking account. I was told the checks looked suspicious. It turns out that neither check was bad and they have been cleared by Capital One with no problem. Plus Regions is being very slow in returning my funds. i have never experienced such bad customer service from a bank before this.

I have just experienced the worst Customer Service at Regions ever. First of all they closed my bank account and did even have the courtesy to contact me. Management there is awful. I would not recommend these people to anyone plus they will not tell me why they no longer want me as a customer. So beware of this Regions branch in Kenner.

This is very unfortunate that having lowest rating among banks in Kenner there is nothing done to improve anything at this branch - I am not writing this review just based on one visit. I have observed in my multiple visits and sitting there sometimes for hours. The problem is with Accountability & Management - I have seen so many times that girls especially especially, (you know what I am not gonna say otherwise I would be called racist although I could be from the same race) do there best to avoid customers, if one banker takes three or 4 customers they only take one and pretend that they are busy as hell . I have management experience and know how favoritism ruins any work environment and impact customer service. My humble suggestion for the branch manager to implement accountability , stop doing favoritism and keeps her eyes open when customers are sitting in lobby and no one is servicing them. Obviously to understand what I am saying the Branch Manager has to mature enough with management skills, otherwise you would be seeing another dissatisfactory review very soon.

This location is the worst location in history they will pick over you name get ready too sit for an hour are more before getting up very unprofessional I deposit a check that they said was gone too be clear 11/30 got contacted after stating I have too send it too Kia finance first Smh now stating that my check were cash but it wasn’t they giving me a run around after this I will be switching too chase

Worst bank ever. Went to cash a cashier's check drawn on their account at two locations and said they didn't have enough money the weekend before Christmas. Two banks don't have 12,000 dollars between them. Exact reason my accounts are at other banks. To top it all off they they laughed about it.

Drive from Mississippi to Louisiana to speak with a banker bc the ATM ate our card and took out money. The branch manager pretty much refused to give us the money although a claim was filed. I was told on the phone when the file was claimed to go to an open location and get the money. It was a completely different story when I made it there, although we explained the importance of receiving it today. The banker (Tahira) was awesome! She honestly tried her best to help. The branch manager, however, didn’t care at all. Now we have to wait for the ATM to be serviced and claims to be sorted through. According to the person I just spoke with that could take up to two weeks. Once this is resolved, Regions has lost a customer. We’re closing all four of our accounts and moving to a bank that actually considers the needs of its customers. You’re only receiving one star bc zero wasn’t an option.
